On July 21 1954, the construction of Disneyland began. By July 17 1955, Disneyland opened its gates. The park became so popular that on June 17 1971, the one hundred millionth guest entered the park. In 2004, Roy E. Disney and associates took over the Disney Corporation. Today Disneyland remains a multi-billion dollar company that makes dreams come true. |
