Wal-Mart

Wal-mart opened in 1962 when Sam Walton had the idea of creating a market company where people could shop at lower prices. As the years went by the company grew up and spread through out the world opening new stores at different places such as China, Germany, Mexico and Canada. In every store different markets were opened; pharmacies, auto service center and jewelry divisions were part of the new face of Wal-mart. As the company grew advertisements became an important source for costumers; TV commercials, newspapers or magazine ads were the way the industry became known. Nowadays Wal-mart offers jobs for every kind of person going from “greater person” to “store manager”, wages are different too depending on the experience of the employee. Wal-mart offers great benefits such as health and dental insurance, loans for the employees, financial aid for home loans and education
